SOFT JSC

Established in 1997 as Trans Logistic Systems with a primary focus in the IT sector and development of hardware and software for logistic systems. In 2007 the company is renamed IT Soft and is now specialised in development of software for the insurance and leasing susiness.

GPS 
CONTROL JSC

GPS Control is established in 2001 with main focus and services related to building and implementing information and telecommunication systems and networks for localisation. The company is among the first players on the GPS applications field in Bulgaria.

PROFONIKA
Ltd.

Profonika is set in 1995 and ever since the company thrives in the field of information technologies and especially in the system integration field. The company manages and consults projects involving data, computer hardware and software and especially system integration.

FORWARD Ltd.

Forward is established in 2021 with business focus in the field of financial leasing, financial services and acquisition of shares in other financial and credit institutions.

BALKAN TelecommunicationsCompany Ltd.

Balkan Telecommunications Company is set in 1998 with main activity related to the development of telecommunication infrastructure networks. BTC acts as consultant and project manager of telecommunication and  information projects.

SENTINEL
ADVISORS S.A.

The company is acquired in April 2018 by SLS Holding.

The company is based in Romania.
